Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a trip you are entering a contractual agreement and your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions listed below is implied. Please read carefully and understand our Terms and Conditions before purchasing a trip.


Our prices are per person and quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD$). Prices are valid on the date of publication on our website, and are subject to change without notice. Prices can be affected by increases in the cost of fuel, travelling in different seasons, increases in the cost of activities provided by our providers. 

Gratuities, food, border crossing fees and other expenses are not included in the price unless explicitly written and advertised on the trip's description 

Payments must be made in FULL for Round Tours to issue a ticket. Please note that making a Phone Order and not following up with a payment will not guarantee a spot in our trips. 

Deposits are allowed for multi-days trips at a rate of 100 CAD per person. 

Travel and Health Insurance
Round Tours does not provide Travel Insurance. Round Tours strongly recommends ensuring your safety and protecting your investment through the purchase of trip cancellation and interruption, and medical insurance.

Trip Cancellation 

Round Tours reserves the right to cancel a trip due to extreme weather conditions, insufficient number of participant and other reasons. Round Tours will refund 100% of your purchase.

Refund Policy

Cancellation requests have to be submitted in writing. 

All sales are final and no refunds will be issued by Round Tours for cancellation requests submitted less than 30 days prior to departure. 

31-45 days prior to departure, 50% of the funds will be refunded.

46- 60 days prior to departure 75 % of the funds will be refunded. 

60 days or more prior to departure 100% of funds will be refunded minus cancellation fee ($75 CAD for multi-days trips and $25 for day trips)

Trip Itinerary

Round Tours reserves the right to alter trip Itinerary contents and times without previous notice

Travel Documents
Travellers are solely and fully responsible to obtain all documents required by law to travel to destinations outside of Canada, including but not limited to: passports, visas, permits etc.

Canadian citizens must show official identity card with picture for destinations within Canada and a valid passport for destinations outside of Canada
Non Canadian Citizens must have a valid passport and a Visa or permit to visit destinations outside of Canada.
Non Canadian Citizens who study in Canada most bring the study permit to cross the border with the US.

Customer Responsibility
Travellers are responsible for ensuring that they are in adequate physical condition for travel, that they have a sufficient quantity of any required medication with them, and that they carry such medication in their hand baggage at all times.
Round Tours disclaims any responsibility for any physical accidents that could happen while traveling. Round Tours is not responsible for lost, stolen or forgotten items while on the trip.

Hotel & Bus damage

If a traveller is proved to be responsible for damaging the hotel or the bus used to accommodate the trip, Round Tours will charge the traveller for the expenses caused. The traveller will get a receipt of the charged amount.


Comments & Complaints
If a problem arises at a destination, it is the traveller's responsibility to inform a Round Tours Representative immediately to get assistance. The Representative will help you and try to remedy the problem without delay, whenever it can be reasonably done. If the problem cannot be solved, travellers are requested to forward the specifics of the incident in writing to us.

Round Tours does not provide alcohol and does not recommend its consumption. Consumption of alcoholic beverages on the trip is at the risk of the traveller. The traveller is aware of the possible risks and hazards associated with alcohol consumption. 

Travellers Age
Travellers must be over 18 years of age. Travellers under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult guardian.
