A FEW OF OUR FAVORITE THINGS TO DO IN TORONTO AND NIAGARA FALLS
One of North America's coolest urban centres and Canada's largest city, Toronto is a huge metropolis on the shores of lake Ontario. It is the financial capital of Canada and home to around 7 million people.
Join our weekend trip and discover these two destinations yourself!
Cool stuff to do and see!
Here is a compilation of amazing things to do and visit while in Toronto:
Toronto's most iconic building is the CN Tower. At 553.3 m-high this concrete communications and observation tower was the tallest building in the world for many years. The views from the top on a clear day are just phenomenal!
ROYAL ONTARIO MUSEUM
Are you into Museums? The Royal Ontario Museum is a museum of art, world culture and natural history in Toronto, Canada. It is one of the largest museums in North America, the largest in Canada and attracts more than one million visitors every year.
Ferry to the Toronto Islands
This commuter ferry takes you to the Toronto Islands in a mere 15 minutes. The best views of the City's skyline will be made from here. The Islands themselves will offer a unique opportunity to check out the 'small village' they host and its inhabitants.
Round Tours loves going on Group walks and Toronto is a great city for them. Explore KENSINGTON MARKET, CHINATOWN, ENTERTAINMENT and SHOPPING districts. Go by the ROGERS CENTER (HOME TO THE BLUE JAYS), CITY HALL, Ontario PARLIAMENT BUILDINGS and THE UNIVERSITY OF TORONTO to mention a few.
What a better way to explore a new city than with a 'scavenger hunt-type' game? Form a team and head into the city chasing clues and doing fun and crazy things. The team with best photos gets a prize. According to one of our travellers "the best thing about the challenges was not winning but the awesome fun we had doing it! Of course winning didn't hurt either"
A fun night out, anyone?
Toronto is also known for its awesome night scene. With hundreds of restaurants, bars, clubs, pubs, discos fun at night is GUARANTEED!
Niagara Falls is considered the 8th Wonder of the World and with reason! The waterfalls are a majestic showcase of the power of Mother Nature.
Entertainment in this town galore! Both during the day and night. We recommend checking out the falls at night. They are completely illuminated and simply breathtaking!
From magic shows, horror houses, bowling alleys and night clubs to zip lining, journeys behind the falls, IMAX theaters, helicopter tours and observatories. Niagara Falls is sure to satisfy many different tastes and budgets!
