Terms and Policies
Your registration is complete when we receive your full fee payment. Payments can be online or in person. We do not reserve seats without payment.
An online confirmation email will be sent to you at the time of registration and payment. This email serves as confirmation of your registration. An Itinerary email will be sent one week prior to the trip.
Trips Cancellations and Refunds
Round Tours reserves the right to cancel a trip due to insufficient registration. Minimum registrant requirements vary. We strive to let clients know if a trip has to be cancelled with a minimum of 48 hours or two business days before the event.
If Round Tours cancels a trip, you will receive a full refund.
Refund requests made up to 7 days before trip departure will be processed and accepted as long as the customer paid for 'Cancellation Insurance' when purchasing the ticket. No refund will be possible if a client cancels a trip less than one week before trip departure or didn't purchase 'Trip Cancellation Insurance'.
Trip tickets purchased less than one week before trip departure are FINAL and will not be refunded.
