Travel Documents
Travellers are solely and fully responsible to obtain all documents required by law to travel to destinations outside of Canada, including but not limited to: passports, visas, permits etc.
Please note that border officers have the authority to refuse you entry to their countries. Round Tours will not be held responsible if this happens.
Canadian Citizens
Canadian citizens must have a valid passport for destinations outside of Canada. The passport of a Canadian citizen must be valid through the intended duration of their stay in the U.S. (As of January 2016).
American Citizens: American citizens must have a valid passport for destinations outside of Canada.
Citizens of Visa Waiver Program
Citizens from any of THESE COUNTRIES do not need Visa but are typically required to present passports that are good for up to 6 months after your intended departure date. Also when arriving to the US by land a $6 USD fee will be charged at the border. Please do contact our offices for any questions relating to travel documentation.
Other Countries Citizens
Citizens from any other country will need a Visa and are typically required to present passports that are good for up to 6 months after your intended departure date. Please do contact our offices for any questions relating to travel documentation.
International and Exchange Students with Study Permit or Study Visa (More than 6 months)
If you are a student who has been formally accepted to study in Canada you most bring the VISA or Study Permit. In addition we recommend you bring the letter of acceptance from the University.
Exchange Students without Study Permit or Study Visa (Less than 6 months)
If you are a student who has been formally accepted by a Canadian University to do an Exchange in Canada you most bring a copy of the letter of acceptance from the University. In addition we recommend you bring a copy of your return ticket to your country of origin.
