Boston Irish for the weekend
Join the biggest Irish celebration in all of North America
Is there a more Irish city in the United States than Boston? St. Patrick's Day weekend is a fine time to take in the festivities and tour a bit of the city.
Participate in the Luck of the Irish pub crawl on Saturday and enjoy Colorful floats, music and Irish good cheer at the annual Boston St. Patrick's Day parade on Sunday. While you are here discover America's oldest city, its cobblestone streets and great history.
The Freedom Trail makes its way around the city, connecting 16 historically significant sites, from the very first public school in America to Boston’s oldest church building, to sites linked to America's fight for independence from Britain – Boston is, in effect, one enormous outdoor history museum.
There is no better time to come visit Boston...so what are you waiting for?

Our itinerary, day by day
Depart Ottawa in the morning and head to the USA.
After a couple of hours we will be crossing the border to the USA. Enjoy the scenery of Vermont and New Hampshire as we roll down the american highways. We will do a couple of stops along the way to eat some food and stretch our legs.
Arrive in Boston in the afternoon and start your discovery journey. We suggest exploring Boston Commons and surrounding areas. Join our optional walk while we show you major landmarks such as Acorn St, Massachusetts' Capitol building, Boston's Public library and so much more. When the walk is over you will have some free time to find some dinner and keep exploring.
You can go back to the hotel on your own or meet the group and get back together.
All activities suggested are optional. You can join some, all or do your own thing. This morning we start by going to Harvard and MIT, two of the most famous universities in the world.
Later our discovery walk will take you through the famous Freedom Trail, a 2.5-mile-long path through downtown Boston, that passes by 16 locations significant to the history of the United States.
We will leave you lots of free time to walk around and discover on your own. Make sure you check out nearby attractions such as Fenway Park, the USS Constitution, Sam Adams Brewery, and a number of free museums.
In the evening, the bus will pick up anyone who wants to rest and go back to the hotel. The second option is to hit the night life and party like Bostonians do!
Today we have some free time to keep discovering Boston or check out the St Patty's day parade
At 2 PM we will meet at a pre arranged spot and board the bus to head back to Ottawa.
Arrive to Ottawa around 11 PM

What our customers say about us:
Round Tours is an amazing company. I have taken their trips skiing, to Montreal, and soon to Toronto. Every time I travel with Round Tours I feel valued and cared for. Carlos and Charlotte seem passionate about what they do, and they truly care that you are having a good time. When visiting Montreal my friend and I were thinking of visiting a museum, but we did not have wifi to check the museums in the area. Charlotte was very kind by personally searching for the best museums and directing us how to get there. This is just one of many examples of how Carlos and Charlotte demonstrate how much they care for you.
The sizing of the tours with Round Tours is absolutely perfect. For the most part all of our groups have been around 50 people, but many times it was less than 50 people. This means that you are able to get a personalized tour of each city. The structure of the tours are good for people who like to do their own thing and for people who want to stay in a group. By providing a loose itinerary with local tour guides, you can truly make the experience unique to your liking. I highly recommend Round Tours to anyone thinking of traveling outside of Ottawa. It is especially good for international students, because the quality of the trips are amazing and the trips are priced nicely. Round Tours is an amazing company with a truly nice and caring staff.
