Get swept away in USA's oldest city
Boston is considered the oldest city in America. It is difficult to walk a step over its cobblestone streets without running into some historic site. The Freedom Trail makes its way around the city, connecting 16 historically significant sites, from the very first public school in America to Boston’s oldest church building, to sites linked to America's fight for independence from Britain – Boston is, in effect, one enormous outdoor history museum.
Boston also has one of the strongest cultural scenes in the US and saying that Bostonians are passionate about sports is an understatement. Did we mention that here you will find two of the best and most famous universities in the world?
There are so many reasons why you would like to come visit this city...so what are you waiting for?

Our itinerary, day by day
Depart Ottawa at 7 am in the morning and head to the USA. After a couple of hours we will be crossing the border to the USA. Enjoy the scenery of Vermont and New Hampshire as we roll down the american highways. We will do a couple of stops along the way to eat some food and stretch our legs.
Arrive in Boston in the afternoon and start by exploring Boston Commons and surrounding areas. We will hit major landmarks such as Acorn St, Massachusetts' Capitol building, Boston's Public library and so much more. When the walk is over you will have some free time to find some dinner and keep exploring. After a few hours we will get back together and head to the hotel.
This morning we will start by going to Harvard and MIT, two of the most famous universities in the world.
Later our group walk will take you through the famous Freedom Trail, a 2.5-mile-long path through downtown Boston, that passes by 16 locations significant to the history of the United States.
We will leave you lots of free time to walk around and discover on your own. Make sure you check out nearby attractions such as Fenway Park, the USS Constitution, Sam Adams Brewery, and a number of free museums.
In the evening, the bus will pick up anyone who wants to rest and go back to the hotel. The second option is to hit the night life and party like Bostonians do!
Check out of our hotel in the morning, put your bags in the bus and hop in once again; our destination: Downtown Boston for some free time touring.
At 2 PM we will meet at a pre arranged spot and board the bus to head back to Ottawa.
Arrive to Ottawa around 11 PM

What our customers say about us:
Round Tours is an amazing company. I have taken their trips skiing, to Montreal, and soon to Toronto. Every time I travel with Round Tours I feel valued and cared for. Carlos and Charlotte seem passionate about what they do, and they truly care that you are having a good time. When visiting Montreal my friend and I were thinking of visiting a museum, but we did not have wifi to check the museums in the area. Charlotte was very kind by personally searching for the best museums and directing us how to get there. This is just one of many examples of how Carlos and Charlotte demonstrate how much they care for you.
The sizing of the tours with Round Tours is absolutely perfect. For the most part all of our groups have been around 50 people, but many times it was less than 50 people. This means that you are able to get a personalized tour of each city. The structure of the tours are good for people who like to do their own thing and for people who want to stay in a group. By providing a loose itinerary with local tour guides, you can truly make the experience unique to your liking. I highly recommend Round Tours to anyone thinking of traveling outside of Ottawa. It is especially good for international students, because the quality of the trips are amazing and the trips are priced nicely. Round Tours is an amazing company with a truly nice and caring staff.
